Realized on the Road to Magurele south-west of Bucharest, the project aims to explore and promote the “Italian style” in a building still integrated in the context of Bucharest. The choice of the typology meets the requirements to have a low overall height and a human scale and, at the same time be able to design condo green spaces. Study of individual units to offer a wide choice of types of apartments with large windows and views of the neighborhood and the courtyard, communal green. The equipment is complete with a floor underground garage and a small supermarket.

Realizzato sulla Strada per Magurele a Sud Ovest di Bucarest, il progetto intende esplorare e promuovere lo “stile italiano” in una costruzione comunque integrata nel contesto di Bucarest. La scelta della tipologia risponde alle esigenze di avere una bassa altezza complessiva e dei rapporti di scala umani e contemporaneamente poter disegnare gli spazi verdi condominiali. Studio delle singole unità abitative per offrire un ampia scelta di tipologie di appartamenti con ampie vetrate e vista sul quartiere e sulla corte verde condominiale. La dotazione è completa di un piano garage interrato e un minimarket.
