Project for the redevelopment of the buildings and the area in front of the pyramids of Ximenes dell’Abetone. This is the recovery of a hotel in some ways emblematic of mountain tourism and the construction of tourist homes and shops on the ground floor.
The articulation of the complex required several studies to implement parking lots and the entire available volume. The project has obtained planning permission, complete with landscaping authorization and seismic depot.
The project includes 33 rooms for about 70 beds, with common areas, restaurant and wellness and the construction of 7 apartments and 11 holiday homes. The historic complex of the Pyramids is enhanced by a set back and lower architectural backdrop than the existing one.

Progetto per la riqualificazione degli edifici e dell’area di fronte alle piramidi dello Ximenes dell’Abetone. Si tratta del recupero di un albergo per certi versi emblematico del turismo della montagna e della realizzazione di abitazioni turistiche e negozi a piano terra.
L’articolazione del complesso ha richiesto più studi per attuare parcheggi e l’intero volume disponibile. Il progetto ha ottenuto il permesso di costruire, completo di autorizzazione paesaggistica e deposito sismico.
Il progetto prevede 33 camere per circa 70 posti letto, con spazi comuni, ristorante e wellness e la realizzazione di 7 appartamenti e 11 case vacanza. Il complesso storico delle Piramidi viene valorizzato da una quinta architettonica arretrata e più bassa della esistente.
