This project will achieve the doubling of the production unit buttons bringing the complex to 5,000 sqm. The building is on two levels, built to be integrated to the existent. Adds two new entrances with square: one upstream of a large escarpment inserted into the woods, and one in the middle with a small bridge built on the Torrente della Caminata.
The new façade on the main focuses as all openings in a single sign. Even planimetrically the shape of the new building looks neat in spite of the complexity of the contour and orography. In fact, given the steep slopes present, an important part of the new building is buried up to 8 meters deep. To achieve this it was necessary to share with support poles the entire road development agreement. Nevertheless, the new warehouses enjoy the view and the light side of the trees to the river.

Il progetto realizza il raddoppio dell’unità produttiva bottoni portando il complesso a 5.000 mq. L’edificio si sviluppa su due livelli, integrato all’esistente. Aggiunge due nuovi ingressi con piazzale: uno a monte su un’ampia scarpata inserita nel bosco, ed uno centrale con un piccolo ponte realizzato sul Torrente della Caminata.
La nuova facciata sulla via principale concentra tutte le aperture in un unico segno. Anche planimetricamente la sagoma del nuovo edificio appare ordinata nonostante la complessità del contorno e dell’orografia. Infatti, visti i forti dislivelli presenti, una parte importante del nuovo edificio è interrata fino a 8 metri di profondità. Per realizzare questa quota è stato necessario sostenere con pali l’intera strada di lottizzazione. Nonostante ciò, i nuovi magazzini godono della vista e della luce del lato alberato verso il torrente.
